This is a reminder that the ADR rule changes come into effect on 9 July 2015. Please see our news article here.
These changes alter the way that you must deal with complaints from this date and include extensive changes to the final outcome letter, which must now include prescribed wording.
All complaints received on or after 9 July 2015 must be treated in accordance with the new rules.
